This is a 6-week Mini Makeover for the full body! You will need a stability ball and dumbbells. This workout can be done at home or the gym. Photo and video guides are included.
The full body is targeted with an emphasis on boosting the metabolism and strengthening the core. There are two new workouts in your program for each 2-week Cycle. Your goal is to complete a total of 4 workouts a week (ie two of each workout). For shorter, more cardiovascular workouts, exercises can be done as supersets and/or with less rest between sets.
With this program, you will automatically receive your workouts, along with check-in reminders at your inbox each week. This workout can be done by all levels, with advanced levels using heavier weights.
Here's how Custom Workout Programs work:
Part 1: Upon completion of purchase, you will download the Get Fit Packet. This includes instructions on how to register as a New Client of mine as well as Guidelines for Nutrition, Exercise and Goal Setting an additional information to maximize the results of your program.
Part 2: After completing the New Client Registration (just a few simple questions), check your inbox for your first cycle of workouts!
Part 3: Each week you will receive e-mail reminders to check-in at the Fitness Forum to tell me (Your Trainer!) about your progress or ask any questions you may have during the program.
Part 4: Depending on the program, you will receive your next workouts either each week or every 2 weeks directly to your inbox!
Part 5: Each program cycle (or workout) has photos and links to videos demonstrating how to do each exercise. Instructions include set, rep and rest schemes. When printed, the exercise videos become reference photos and a workout log is printed along side.
