This workout is very Pilate-like, with lots of engaged abdominals and core balance! Be prepared to perform powerful extended set combinations for maximum firm & burn!  The multi-muscle exercises burn more calories than most workouts. You use three specific techniques to maximize effectiveness. First, you maintain tension on the muscle throughout the exercises with the bands.
